Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Agafay Experiences (operated by Moro Experiences LTD). By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Reservation Process
Customers can make a reservation for our desert experiences through:
- Our website's online booking forms
- Phone or WhatsApp contact
- Email inquiry
2. Deposit and Payment Terms
Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation:
- For groups of 1-8 persons: 20€ deposit per booking
- For groups of 9 or more persons: Deposit amount will be communicated by our booking manager
Purpose of Deposit
The booking deposit serves several essential purposes:
- Secures and allocates necessary equipment for your tour date and time
- Enables us to arrange appropriate transportation and logistics in advance
- Confirms reservation of equipment and guides exclusively for your booking
- Helps maintain service quality by effectively managing resources and schedules
Payment Structure
- Deposit amount will be deducted from the total tour price
- Remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour
- We accept cash and credit cards for both deposit and final payment
- Deposit can be paid via secure online payment or bank transfer
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
Customer-Initiated Changes
Rescheduling:
- Requests made 7 or more days before tour date: Can be accommodated based on availability
- Requests made less than 7 days before tour date: Subject to equipment and guide availability
- Your deposit will be transferred to the new date if rescheduling is possible
Cancellations:
- All booking deposits are non-refundable for customer cancellations
- This applies regardless of when the cancellation is made
Company-Initiated Changes
Weather-Related or Operational Cancellations:
- We will notify customers as soon as possible when weather conditions require cancellation
- Customers will be offered either:
- Rescheduling to another date (not subject to the 7-day rule), OR
- A full refund of the deposit
- This is the only circumstance under which deposits are refundable

During the reservation process, we require:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Country
- Pickup Location
- Drop Off Location
- Number of Participants
- Special Requirements (if any)
5. Pickup and Drop-Off
Complimentary pickup and drop-off are included for accommodations within Marrakech city. If your stay is outside the city, we'll notify you of any additional charges based on the distance.
6. Equipment and Personal Property
Equipment Damage
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment during the tour
- Additional fees will be charged for damage to quads, buggies, or other equipment
- Fee amount will be based on the extent of the damage
Personal Belongings
- Agafay Experiences and Moro Experiences LTD are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during tours
- Participants are advised to secure belongings appropriately
- We recommend bringing only essential items on tours
7. Insurance Requirements
- Participants must have travel insurance that covers ATV/Quad activities
- It is the participant's responsibility to ensure adequate insurance coverage
- We recommend verifying insurance coverage before the tour date
8. Documentation and Requirements
Required Documents
- No driving license is required for quad biking activities
- No ID is required for driving quads
- However, we recommend bringing ID for general travel purposes
9. Photography and Video Policy
- Participants are welcome to take photos and videos during tours
- Permission should be obtained from other participants before including them in photos
- Our team members can be photographed, subject to their consent
- We reserve the right to use photos/videos taken during tours for promotional purposes
10. Tour Operation and Timing
Duration and Arrival
- Tour duration is specified in your booking confirmation
- Late arrivals will be accommodated only if space is available
- No refunds will be provided for missed tours due to late arrival
- We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes before scheduled tour time
11. Safety and Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Weight restrictions: None specified
- Experience required: None
- Safety equipment: Provided
- Professional guides: Included
- Safety briefing: Provided before all tours
Alcohol Policy
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances will not be permitted to participate
- No refunds will be provided if participants are denied due to intoxication
- This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of all participants
- Our guides have the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication
